I first envisioned professional organising 13 years ago while working in the New Opportunities for Women (NOW) Program at TAFE. During this time, I saw how practical skills like organising and cleaning could be transformative, not just for homes, but for confidence and wellbeing. This experience sparked the idea of creating a service that supports people through change by bringing order, calm, and clarity into their spaces.
I am a qualified Career Coach with international speaking experience, and my personal journey supporting my father with hoarding behaviours for over 30 years, relocating him multiple times and managing both practical and emotional challenges, deeply informs my work. This lived experience led to my role at Queens of Clutter and, more recently, the launch of Three Ducks. In 2022, I was awarded an RSM scholarship to The Curtin Ignition Program, which helped me refine and prepare my business for the commercial environment.
Now, recent lifestyle changes have allowed me to revisit my purpose and bring Three Ducks Professional Organising Services to fruition on a larger scale, at a time when professional organising is recognised as a professional field, unlike 13 years ago, making the impact I can create greater than ever.

Professional Organising is formally recognised within Australia’s Occupation Standard Classification for Australia (OSCA), introduced in 2024, under occupational code 461999.
This recognition reflects the skill, care, and professionalism involved in creating calm, functional homes — something we pair with judgement-free support and an at-your-pace approach at Three Ducks.

My Story
Hi, I’m Jenny.
Founder of Three Ducks Professional Organising Services.

I’ve been helping people navigate overwhelm, change and complex life situations for most of my working life. My background spans communication, education, career development and project management, and I’ve spent years supporting people through transition, uncertainty and big decisions.
​
Professional organising became personal when I needed to step in and support my own family. I saw firsthand how clutter, change, ageing, grief and health challenges can quickly become overwhelming and how powerful it is when someone has calm, capable support alongside them. That experience, combined with my professional background, is what shaped Three Ducks.

My approach is simple: hands, heart and head. I do the physical work with you, I lead with compassion and respect, and I bring clear organising systems that actually work in real life. I understand funded systems such as NDIS and Aged Care, and I value discretion, dignity and trust above all else.

Three Ducks is based in Mandurah, and at this stage it’s just me, which means you get consistent, personalised support from start to finish. No judgement. No pressure. Just practical help, at your pace, to help you move forward.

Qualifications and Accreditations
I bring both formal training and extensive professional experience to this work, including a Diploma of Project Management and over 16 years of experience in planning, coordination, and client support roles.

Just practical help
When my dad needed support, I was the one who stepped in to help him navigate his home, his belongings, and the emotional weight that came with it. What I learned during that time is something no course can teach you: clutter is often tied to grief, identity, health, and fear of losing control. Pushing people only makes it worse. Compassion changes everything.

​That experience led me to professional organising — and to formal training in coaching, project management, and trauma-informed practice. I bring over 16 years of professional experience, alongside qualifications in career coaching and project management, which means I don’t just help people sort their spaces — I help them make decisions, manage change, and move forward at a pace that feels right.
